Role Overview

NR Consulting is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships and staffing delivery for US-based accounts. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the US staffing industry, client management, recruitment operations, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with US clients, MSPs, VMS partners, and internal recruitment teams.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Allocate positions to recruiters and monitor submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Conduct regular requirement calls, client meetings, and performance reviews.
- Track open positions, recruitment progress, turnaround time, and fulfillment ratios.
- Provide timely updates and reports to clients and internal leadership.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate feedback, offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining.
- Resolve delivery, candidate, compliance, and client-related concerns.




- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Support recruitment teams with sourcing strategy, candidate quality, and requirement prioritization.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS, VMS, and internal reporting systems.
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, processes, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in account management, recruitment delivery, or client services within the US staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of US staffing models, including MSP, VMS, direct client, contract, and direct-hire recruitment.
- Experience managing recruiters and multiple client requirements.
- Strong client communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with ATS, VMS platforms, recruitment databases, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work onsite from the Noida office during EST busines
