Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Identify project delays, analyze critical paths, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and management presentations.
- Track manpower, material, equipment, and resource utilization against the project plan.
- Monitor project productivity and provide schedule variance analysis.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure project activities comply with contractual timelines and client requirements.
Maintain planning documentation and support project review meetings.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques.
- Good understanding of industrial construction methodologies.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Positive communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
