Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within the assigned region. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers,



and identifying recent business opportunities in the music and audio segment. The Regional Sales Manager will plan and execute regional sales strategies, monitor performance against targets, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for leadership. The role includes leading and mentoring a regional sales team, coordinating with marketing for local campaigns and promotions, and conducting field visits to understand customer needs and market trends. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure pricing, inventory, and promotional activities are aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
- Strong regional sales management experience, including territory planning, account management, and achieving revenue targets.
