Role & Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Own and drive regional revenue targets for Hyderabad and Telangana markets across enterprise, IT parks, pharma, BFSI, education, and commercial real estate sectors.
- Build a robust project sales pipeline for AV integration solutions including meeting rooms, command centers, digital signage, and unified communications.
- Identify and convert large accounts, SI-led opportunities, and strategic enterprise clients.

2. Key Account Management
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, PMCs, architects, consultants, and developers.
- Act as the single point of contact for strategic customers ensuring repeat business and account expansion.
- Conduct regular business reviews and opportunity mapping with key stakeholders.

3. Channel & Ecosystem Development
- Build strong partnerships with Design & Build firms, PMCs, MEP consultants, IT integrators, and real estate developers in the Hyderabad region.
- Collaborate with OEM partners for joint go-to-market initiatives, roadshows,



and solution demos.
- Position Inviot AV Solutions as a preferred AV partner in large project ecosystems.

4. Solution Selling & Pre-Sales Coordination
- Understand client requirements and translate them into solution-based proposals in coordination with pre-sales and engineering teams.
- Support technical discussions, site surveys, BOQ finalization, and value engineering.
- Present end-to-end AV solutions including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Digital Signage, Control Systems, and Smart Workplace technologies.

5. Forecasting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review.
- Track win/loss analysis and market intelligence.

6. Regional Team Leadership (Future Expansion)
- Support hiring and mentoring of local sales executives and coordinators.
