Brand Radiator, a leading integrated solutions company offering Core IT Solutions, Event Management services, 360° Marketing & Branding, and PR & Media Management, is looking for an experienced Tender Expert to join our Patna office. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and hands-on experience across major tendering portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and empanelment opportunities from Central and State Government departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies, and other organizations.

• Work extensively on tender portals including:

• GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

• CPPP / Central Public Procurement Portal

• State e-Procurement Portals

• NIC Tender Portals

• Other departmental and institutional procurement platforms.

• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.

• Prepare, compile,



and submit complete technical and financial bids within stipulated timelines.

• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, pricing, compliance, credentials, presentations, and annexures.

• Handle bid participation, reverse auctions, clarifications, corrigenda, and post-bid communications.

• Maintain databases of tenders, submissions, EMDs, BGs, agreements, and supporting documents.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements.

• Track tender status and follow up for evaluations, award notifications, and work orders.

• Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management regarding ongoing and upcoming opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in handling Government Tenders and e-Procurement.

• Robust working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and various State Tender Portals.

• Familiarity with bid preparation, vendor registration, DSC management, EMD/BG processes
