Job Title: Technical project manager
Location: Pune
Experience: 5+yrs
Mandatory Skills:
- Project Delivery / TPM
- Strong expertise in architecture planning & design across platform, database, middleware, backup, Hadoop, Big Data.
- Proven ability to manage daytoday tower operations.
Positive to Have Skills:
- Handson technical expertise in migration, installation, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Exposure to capacity planning, disaster recovery, backup strategies,
and automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of ITILaligned processes and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design and planning for platform/database/middleware/backup towers.
- Conduct capacity planning and leverage new technology features for scalability.
- Strategize and implement disaster recovery and backup plans.
- Manage daily tower operations: troubleshooting, RCA, upgrades, migrations, patching, and configuration.
- Review technical performance and deploy efficiency improvements.
- Create/update SOPs, operations manuals, and data responsibility matrices.
- Provide weekly status reports to client leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Drive service improvement plans (SIP) through automation and innovation.
