What You'll Be Doing
- Support the end-to-end bid and proposal development lifecycle for opportunities across international markets.
- Prepare, compile, format,



and deliver high-quality proposal documents while ensuring version control and submission deadlines are met.
- Collaborate closely with Bid Managers, Sales Leads, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to gather, structure, and present compelling technical and commercial content.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, compliant, and persuasive proposal responses with a focus on digital networking and security solutions.
- Perform proofreading, editing, and quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all proposal materials.
- Manage proposal documentation, maintain version histories, and support document control processes using SharePoint and other document management systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, governance frameworks, and reusable content libraries.
