Role Description
The Student Intern role at Splen Technologies & Education Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh.



Interns will support the delivery of training programs by assisting trainers with session preparation, coordinating learning materials, and helping manage bootcamps, workshops, and cohort-based classes. Daily tasks may include conducting basic research, documenting session outcomes, preparing presentations, updating learning resources, and supporting learners with queries under supervision. Interns will also help with administrative activities such as maintaining attendance records, collecting feedback, and contributing to reports on program performance. This role offers exposure to real-world training environments, opportunities to learn from industry mentors, and experience in the education and upskilling sector.
