About the Role

This isn't a typical internship.

As a
Founder's Office – Growth & BD Intern
, you'll work directly with the Founder on projects that influence revenue, partnerships, community growth, and strategic execution.

You'll own real outcomes, interact with startup founders, enterprise leaders, investors, and partners, and gain first-hand exposure to building an early-stage company.





What You'll DoGrowth & Business Development
- Identify and qualify high-potential clients and strategic partners.
- Build outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and founder communities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
- Support sponsorship and partnership conversations.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Founder Projects

Work directly on high-impact initiatives, including:
- Market research
- GTM strategy
- Competitive intelligence
- Recent revenue opportunities
- AI-powered business workflows
- Sales experiments
- Strategic partnerships
- Business expansion initiatives

Community & Ecosystem
- Curate founders, CXOs, investors, and decision-makers for HighTable events.
- Build relationships with startup communities, accelerators, VCs, and corporate innovation teams.
- Support the execution of executive roundtables, networking mixers, and leadership forums.
