The team supports complex, globally oriented client relationships and helps advisors navigate the operational, diligence, documentation, and approval workflows required to serve non-US individuals and families. As the business continues to scale, Global Families is focused on building more consistent, repeatable, and well-documented processes across onboarding, reporting, client maintenance, the Non-US client Pre-Clearance process, and related approval workflows.

Position Overview

The Global Families team is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Analyst to help manage day-to-day execution,



coordinate cross-functional inputs, and support continuous improvement across core team workflows.

The Analyst will work closely with Global Families team members, sales teams, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders, and US-based partners in live collaboration to support timely and accurate completion of operational deliverables. The role will require comfort working with sensitive client and business information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify when matters require additional review or escalation.

Over time, this role is expected to contribute to a more scalable Global Families operating model by supporting process standardization, quality control, data integrity, and the responsible use of automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Execution and Operational Support
- Support day-to-day execution of Global Families workflows, including data processing, reporting, tracking
