What You'll Do

You will lead a subteam within BCG’s global mobility delivery organization,



overseeing the execution of geographic transfers for consulting staff while ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across cases. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will act as a player-coach, directly supporting more senior and high-touch transfers and contributing to delivery excellence.

You will manage a team of delivery professionals based in India, providing direction, coaching, and support, while also maintaining your own case portfolio. You will work closely with the Global Mobility Delivery Director to ensure alignment on priorities, performance, and continuous improvement, while taking ownership of people management and day-to-day team leadership.
