? Strict Eligibility Criteria

To maintain the high standards of this specialized lateral program, candidates must fulfill the following:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of vintage in your current life insurance organization (Agency / Variable channels) with a total of 5+ years in Life Insurance Sales.

Performance Track Record: Mandatorily require a Performance Rating of 3 & above (or equivalent) in your current role, supported by a formal rating letter or an increment letter not older than 12 months.

Education: Minimum Graduate degree.

Age: Below 50 years.
