Role Description
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (HVAC) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi. The person in this role will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Daily responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing mechanical issues,



and coordinating repairs with internal teams and external vendors as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate maintenance records, monitoring equipment performance, and recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability. Collaboration with facility management, adherence to safety standards, and timely response to maintenance requests are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Mechanical Maintenance to manage HVAC systems and associated mechanical components effectively.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance skills to plan, implement, and optimize maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and HVAC-related issues promptly.
