Retail and Marcom Engineering, an IS&T; team, builds and operates the systems and experiences that connect Apple's products with its customers. The team owns the technology behind both Apple's online and physical stores and drives the interactive marketing experiences and tools that keep creative operations moving. Together, those functions deliver the technology behind every product story Apple tells and every purchase a customer makes.
Marcom’s Digital Asset Management system (DAM) serves as the backbone repository of all in progress and completed assets used in Apple Marketing. Digital Asset Management focuses on developing a deep knowledge of Marcom's content development processes for a diverse portfolio of digital assets at massive scale. Using this knowledge and extensive experience with enterprise digital asset management, implement and evangelize solutions which will streamline Marcom's content management workflow. A key part of the job Is understanding end-to-end business processes in the Asset Management realm and implement solutions that meet these business needs.
