Key Responsibilities

People Leadership & Team Management

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–15 software engineers across varying experience levels.

· Foster a high-trust, high-accountability team culture aligned

· Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.

· Drive hiring, onboarding, and talent planning to build a resilient engineering organization.





· Navigate team conflicts, resolve blockers, and maintain a healthy and inclusive work workplace.

Technical Oversight

· Maintain sufficient technical depth to credibly review system designs, architecture decisions, and engineering trade-offs.

· Partner with Principal Engineers and Tech Leads to guide technical direction without micromanaging implementation.

· Promote engineering excellence through code quality standards, review practices, and operational best practices.

· Stay current with relevant technologies to provide informed guidance — technical depth is valued but not the primary driver of this role.

Customer Engagement & Communication

· Serve as a primary point of contact for customer interactions related to ongoing and new requirements.
