Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, Data Management, or a related field
- 4 6 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in the NGO/development sector
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, donor compliance, and program evaluations
- Lead and manage a team of 2 M&E; Executives
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MIS systems, and data visualization/reporting tools, with solid analytical and communication skills
