About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Merchandiser
with
3–5 years of experience in the garment/apparel industry
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with a
Buying House or Export House
and possess strong knowledge of the complete merchandising cycle, from sample development to order execution and shipment coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for garment/apparel orders.
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, factories, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Manage
sample development
, approvals, and timely submissions.
- Follow up on orders to ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams.
- Track order status and resolve any production or shipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards,



and delivery commitments.
- Maintain merchandising reports, order trackers, and documentation.
- Assist in vendor communication and product development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of mandatory experience in Garment/Apparel Merchandising.
- Mandatory experience working with a Buying House or Export House.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Sample development and approvals
- Order follow-up and execution
- Production coordination
- Fabric and trims coordination
- Merchandising documentation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising reports.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements
