Position Details

Role: Business Development Executive – School Sales

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-time

Preference: Candidates with exposure to the Travel & Tourism or Education industry will have an added advantage. Fresh graduates with solid communication skills, a willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for the education sector are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to build partnerships with private schools and promote Edufun Trips' educational travel programs. The role involves field sales, relationship building, consultative presentations,



and converting opportunities into long-term school partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and connect with private schools across CBSE, ICSE, State, International, and other boards.

* Meet Principals, Coordinators, Management, and other key decision-makers.

* Present Edufun Trips' experiential learning programs and generate new business opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools.

* Understand school requirements and coordinate customized tour proposals.

* Follow up, negotiate, and close partnerships while ensuring timely documentation and payment collection.

* Maintain sales activities, leads, and updates in the CRM.

* Work closely with the Operations team for seamless execution after onboarding.
