Role Description
The Creative Lead (Brand Strategist) is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for shaping and evolving NPrep’s brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and clarity in how the brand is perceived by students, partners, and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand strategies and creative concepts, leading brand campaigns, and collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to align messaging and visual storytelling. The Creative Lead will oversee the creation of brand guidelines, review and refine communication materials, and analyze brand performance to inform ongoing improvements. The role also involves mentoring creative team members, managing external agencies or freelancers as needed, and maintaining a deep understanding of the education and healthcare skilling landscape.

Qualifications
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.




- Represent the brand by being the face of selected marketing campaigns, social media videos, webinars, and promotional content.
- A natural content creator with an active presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
- Conceptualize and lead creative campaigns for product launches, admissions, awareness, and engagement.
- Work closely with Content, Design, Product, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Create campaign briefs and guide designers, video editors, and content creators through execution.
- Ensure all creatives maintain high standards of quality, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Lead ideation for social media campaigns, YouTube content, advertisements, email marketing, and offline branding.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into compelling brand narratives.
