Role Overview





We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk operations and backend process of Mindsight Clinic. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling patients, and be capable of managing administrative responsibilities, appointment scheduling, basic accounts, and day-to-day clinic operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk Management
- Welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Handle all front desk operations efficiently.

Patient Coordination
- Answer inbound calls and outbound calls respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments as per the doctors' calendars.
- Conduct appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
