We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Test Engineer
to ensure our platform delivers a seamless, secure, and reliable experience for customers. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Compliance teams to validate new features, improve product quality, and support rapid product releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test cases for web applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, API, cross-browser, and responsive UI testing.
- Validate workflows related to compliance automation, evidence collection, integrations, risk management, policies, vendor management, and audit modules.




- Test third-party integrations including cloud providers, HRIS, ticketing systems, identity providers, and developer tools.
- Verify API functionality using Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using Jira while working closely with developers until resolution.
- Validate application data using SQL and databases to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Debug issues using browser DevTools, logs, stack traces, and staging environments.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, regression suites, and QA documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, feature reviews, and release validation.
- Support production validation, hotfix verification, and release sign-offs.
- Contribute to automation frameworks and continuously improve QA processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Compliance tea
