About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Engineer
to join our Production team. The role involves assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and installation of geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring systems. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of production activities, maintain quality standards, and provide technical support for both in-house and customer site requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of data loggers, multiplexers, and various interface modules as per sales orders.
- Procure raw materials and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address material shortages.
- Carry out testing, calibration, and site support activities for accelerometers and other geotechnical instruments.
- Ensure timely rectification of in-process faults and implement corrective actions to minimize product rejections.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and other departments for smooth execution of production activities.




- Perform in-house installation and long-term testing of geotechnical sensors and monitoring equipment.
- Provide technical support at customer sites whenever required.
- Maintain accurate production records, testing reports, and technical documentation.
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and company guidelines during production and testing activities.

Key Deliverables
- Timely assembly and testing of products as per production schedules.
- Reduction in production defects and rejection rates through effective troubleshooting.
- Accurate testing and validation of geotechnical instruments before dispatch.
- Timely procurement coordination to avoid production delays.
- Effective cross-functional coordination for uninterrupted production operations.
