Job Description Executive – People & Operations Role Purpose The Executive – People & Operations will be responsible for supporting both employee-related and operational activities across all business locations. The role will act as a key coordination point between employees, store teams, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, adequate staffing, employee engagement, and operational consistency. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling recruitment, employee administration, store visits, operational coordination, and follow-ups while working in a rapid-paced and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing

● Support hiring requirements across locations.

● Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.

● Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.

● Support offer rollout and joining formalities. ● Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring status updates.

● Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Employee Lifecycle Management





● Manage onboarding documentation and employee records.

● Maintain employee files and HR documentation.

● Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities. ● Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. ● Support employee engagement and communication initiatives. Attendance, Leave & Rosters ● Maintain employee attendance and leave records. ● Coordinate weekly shift rosters and staffing schedules. ● Ensure adequate staffing coverage across all locations. ● Coordinate with store teams and management regarding manpower requirements.
