Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager US Healthcare RCM

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry: US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare RCM positions across multiple locations.
- Manage hiring for roles including AR Calling, Medical Coding, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Eligibility Verification, Prior Authorization, Provider Enrollment, and Operations positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor partnerships.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and SLAs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, selects, joins, offer-to-join ratio, and TAT.
- Drive recruitment process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US Healthcare professionals across PB and HB domains.




- Handle stakeholder management and provide regular hiring updates to leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and client requirements.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM recruitment.
- Strong understanding of AR Calling, Medical Coding, Denial Management, Payment Posting, and other RCM functions.
- Experience managing recruiter teams and achieving volume hiring targets.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Strong communication, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred:
- Experience hiring for large US Healthcare RCM organizations.
- Exposure to recruitment across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and other healthcare hubs.
- Experience in team handling and recruitment operations reporting.
