Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented In-Store Sales Executive to join a leading garment retail business in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting garments and accessories
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Assist with billing, stock replenishment, and inventory management
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Freshers or candidates with prior retail sales experience are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with strong selling abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Experience in the garment or fashion retail industry is an added advantage
