Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

The Manager – HR Payroll & HR Operations will lead technology-driven HR operations, ensuring accurate payroll coordination, robust employee data management, statutory compliance, and process automation. The role is responsible for leveraging HR technology to streamline HR operations, maintain data integrity, coordinate payroll with outsourced payroll partners, and deliver an efficient employee lifecycle experience.

Key Responsibilities :-

HR Data Management
- Own and maintain employee master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Ensure timely updates of employee records, organizational changes, transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and exits within the HRMS.
- Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Drive data quality initiatives and establish governance for HR information.
