Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Active Directory infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Develop group policies for user accounts and manage access control lists (ACLs) to enforce compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, including password resets, account lockouts, and authentication failures.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize system performance.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Windows Server administration.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting language for automating tasks and workflows.
