Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Corporate Travel Consultant role based in Gurgaon.



The Corporate Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and related services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient itineraries. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel policies and preferences, recommending optimal solutions, and providing accurate information on routes, fares, and travel regulations. The consultant will handle reservations and ticketing through travel platforms and GDS systems, resolve booking issues, and coordinate changes or cancellations in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities also include delivering responsive customer service, maintaining detailed records of bookings, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, and supporting MICE-related travel requirements.
