We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support business operations through accurate reporting, financial analysis and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting processes

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Collect, verify, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources to ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
- Generate reports related to operations, finance, and other business functions as required.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports.
- Identify trends and discrepancies through data analysis.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards for management review.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and business analysis.




- Assist in month-end book closure activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Support budget preparation, monitoring, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform budget variance analysis, Project Profitability Report, Segment Reporting and provide insights on financial performance.
- Support stakeholder management by preparing reports, presentations, and periodic business updates for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Experience of minimum 2 years as Accounts Executive

CA/CMA Intermediate (Group I/II) cleared or currently pursuing CA/CMA Intermediate.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
