Job Summary

The IT Support Engineer L2 will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for end-user computing, servers, networks, virtualization, backup operations, and security systems. The role requires independent troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure incidents while ensuring compliance with organizational SLAs, security standards, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing systems, and business applications.
- Demonstrate a hands-on, 'no task too small' approach, taking direct ownership of daily L1 ticket queues (password resets, printer setups, basic hardware troubleshooting)



alongside advanced L2 infrastructure management."
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025).
- Monitor server and network infrastructure and perform preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, shutdown, startup, and health checks.
- Support Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace environments.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP-related issues.
- Administer antivirus solutions and endpoint security controls.
- Monitor, execute, and validate backup jobs and perform restoration activities when required.
- Support QC, R&D;, and plant-floor IT infrastructure, including laboratory systems and network connectivity.
- Install and maintain approved software applications and licensed tools.
- Perform IT asset management, inventory tracking, and warranty coordination.
