Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of customers in the above said segment, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales plans, prepare proposals and quotations, and lead negotiations to close deals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with key accounts, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes forecasting sales, preparing performance reports, and participating in strategic discussions to support revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management,
- Only preferred candidates from Automotive, Rubber products and Industrial product selling sectors or related industrial sectors.
- Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
