We are looking for Manager - Finance at Niro India Corporation Pvt Ltd

Qualification: CA/CMA Intermediate (cleared)

Robust knowledge of IFRS and IND AS

Expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation

Fixed Asset Management in SAP

Experience: 15+ years

Minimum 5 years of experience in an MNC (Japanese MNC preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team of 78 members

Proven experience in overall supervision and control of the Accounts & Finance Department

Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and IND AS reporting standards.
- Review and monitor general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets.

Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of Direct and Indirect Tax returns.
- Manage tax audits, assessments, and liaise with tax consultants and authorities.




- Monitor tax law changes and ensure compliance within the organization.

Financial Planning & Control
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements.
- Review MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
- Prepare required documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.

Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 78 members.
- Oversee performance, allocate responsibilities, and ensure skill development.
- Ability to effectively manage staff with 15+ years of experience.
