- Proven experience leading
application support and enhancement engagements

- Strong experience in
incident, problem, change, and release management

- Working knowledge of
SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA architectures
.

Valuable-to-Have
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migrations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and monitoring tools.
- ITIL / PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications.
- Experience in global delivery and multi‑vendor environments.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Technical & Solution Leadership
- Lead SAP design, development, enhancement, and support activities across SAP modules (ECC / S/4HANA as applicable).




- Understanding of technical areas including
ABAP, OO ABAP, Interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, APIs), Forms (SmartForms/Adobe), Enhancements, Workflows
, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, development standards, performance optimization, and security guidelines.
- Drive technical root cause analysis and resolution for complex production incidents.

Application Support Management
- Own
L2/L3 support delivery
, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities; ensure permanent fixes and prevention of recurring issues.
- Coordinate with functional teams, Basis, Security, and external vendors for issue resolution and system stability.
- Support audits, transport management, and system health checks.

Development & Enhancements
- Lead estimation, planning, and execution of SAP enhancements, custom developments, and minor projects.
