Role Overview

This is a
100% remote, full-time position
operating on the
US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
.

As a Marketing Assistant, your core focus will be executing high-impact demand generation and cold outreach campaigns targeting the US B2B market. You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel lead generation through outbound email, maintaining a highly active LinkedIn presence, and leveraging Generative AI tools to optimize your workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Demand & Lead Generation:
Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads within the US market.
- Multi-Channel Outreach:
Manage, optimize,



and scale cold email outreach and structured LinkedIn prospecting sequences daily.
- LinkedIn Account Management:
Maintain and grow professional LinkedIn profiles, curating and publishing content to maximize organic reach, engagement, and inbound inquiries.
- AI-Driven Productivity:
Highly efficiently utilize Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft compelling ad copy, personalize outreach messages, and streamline research.
- Data & Pipeline Management:
Ensure immaculate organization of lead lists, tracking campaign performance metrics, and maintaining data hygiene.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:
Proven track record in B2B lead generation and demand generation, specifically targeting the
US market

- Channels:
Deep proficiency with automated email outreach platforms and LinkedIn prospecting strategies.
- Communication:
