Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
✅ Employee onboarding and documentation
✅ Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
✅ Employee engagement and HR operations
✅ Performance management support
✅ HR compliance and employee records maintenance
Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of HR experience
✔ Solid communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, PF, ESI, and labour compliance
✔ Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/ERP experience is an advantage
