Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare (Preferred)
- Additional certifications in Labour Laws, Payroll, or HR Analytics will be an added advantage.

Position Summary




We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration professional who can independently manage end-to-end Human Resource operations and Corporate Administration for both Corporate Office and multiple project sites across India.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in manpower planning, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, labour law compliance, statutory documentation, administration, employee engagement, and HR process development within an EPC/Infrastructure/Construction workplace.
Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in Water Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Project-based organizations.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Corporate Office and Project Sites.
- Prepare Job Descriptions for all positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, references, and campus hir
