The Opportunity

As a ServiceNow Software Engineer, you will lead, design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. You will deliver current functionality across applications, support the entire development lifecycle and assist the platform support with product related incident resolution. This role positions you as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert, steering the creation and implementation of automation solutions to optimize IT Service Management processes, with emphasis on the ServiceNow SecOps and GRC modules.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Service Catalog items and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging your technical expertise in ServiceNow development practices and a deep understanding of IT Service Management and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations using Generic Workflow, Flow Designer, scripting, and APIs.
- Design and implement scalable solutions focused on the ServiceNow Service Catalog module.




- Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and customizations using Generic Workflow, Flow Designer, scripting, APIs, etc.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Enhance user experience and implement automation to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain and update Service Catalog offerings to ensure scalability and usability.
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems to enhance workflow automation.
- Document all configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure clear communication and future scalability.
- Present product demos and technical showcases for stakeholders.
