Role Purpose

The Operations Head – People, Culture & Governance will lead the organization's people operations, employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, governance, compliance, administration, and operational support across all Kosmoderma clinics and corporate offices.

The role is responsible for creating a high-performance work environment by ensuring effective HR operations, structured governance, employee development, client satisfaction, legal coordination, and operational excellence while driving consistent implementation of company policies and SOPs across all locations.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Workforce Management
- Lead HR operations across all clinics and corporate departments.
- Drive manpower planning, workforce allocation, transfers, promotions, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and workforce productivity.
- Support recruitment planning with department heads.

2. Administration & Operational Support
- Oversee administration and facility management across all clinic locations.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of housekeeping and valet staff.
- Monitor timely opening and operational readiness of every clinic.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational discipline.
- Coordinate administrative vendors and support services.
- Oversee operational bill
