Role Description
The Script Reader role at Bose is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Script Reader will review and analyze scripts and screenplays, providing clear, structured coverage that includes synopses, strengths and weaknesses, and recommendations aligned with project and brand objectives. This role involves assessing story structure, character development, dialogue, and dramatic elements to identify content with strong narrative and commercial potential.



The Script Reader will collaborate with creative and branding teams to help select and refine scripts for campaigns, videos, and other media projects. The position also includes maintaining organized script databases, tracking submissions, and contributing insights to development meetings and creative brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Script Reading and Script Coverage skills, with the ability to synthesize complex material into concise, actionable evaluations.
- Candidates should possess Scriptwriting and Screenplays skills, including familiarity with industry-standard formats and narrative techniques.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Drama, including character arcs, conflict, pacing, and emotional impact.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
