US IT Recruiter
to join our growing recruitment team. If you have a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, sourcing strategies, and visa classifications, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT professionals for the US market.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate the offer process.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in
US IT Recruitment
.
- Strong knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD).
- Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed
, and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
