As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced R&D; Engineering Manager to lead our multidisciplinary engineering team in Bangalore and drive the development of innovative electromechanical products.

About the Role

As an R&D; Engineering Manager, you will lead cross-functional engineering teams responsible for the complete product development lifecycle—from concept and feasibility through design, prototyping, testing, validation, and production launch.





This is a leadership role requiring solid technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders across Europe and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Systems Engineers.
- Define and execute the R&D; strategy for new product development and electromechanical platforms.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
- Plan team capacity, allocate resources, and support competency development.

Product Development
- Lead the complete product development lifecycle from concept to production.
- Drive system architecture for electromechanical products integrating mechanical, electrical, firmware, and control systems.
- Review and approve engineering documentation, technical
