Role Description

Nuvora Stays is looking for a creative, energetic, and travel-ready Marketing Head
to lead our brand-building efforts. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad and is open to freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about content creation, social media, branding, and storytelling.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating photography and videography projects, editing videos and reels, supporting SEO initiatives, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns. The role requires regular travel to various cities with the research team to document properties, capture content,



understand local markets, and support brand growth initiatives.

This position offers hands-on exposure to startup growth, hospitality marketing, content creation, and brand development while working directly with the founders.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Marketing, Branding, Content Creation, or Digital Media

• Skills in Social Media Management and Content Planning

• Basic Video Editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools)

• Photography and Videography skills are preferred

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing concepts

• Strong communication, creativity, and storytelling abilities

• Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends

• Comfortable traveling frequently to different cities for content creation and research activities

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment
