Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer-Facing Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of various customer projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both technical and commercial aspects, ensuring that customer goals are met through accurate project management and regular communication. This role requires managing hybrid projects that involve both product (hardware and software) delivery and customized development services with certifications and compliances.
This is a technical project management role — the ideal candidate will be as comfortable discussing firmware updates, API integrations, or compliance test reports as they are managing timelines and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Handover: Understand the technical and commercial scope of customer projects through detailed handover from the sales team.
- Project Management: Manage hybrid projects, including both hardware and software components, along with customized development services.
- Timeline Management: Plan and oversee the project delivery timeline with structured documentation and consistent progress reporting.
- Customer Success: Ensure customer goals and success are aligned with project deliverables through a deep understanding of their needs.
- Regular Communication: Maintain frequent communication with customers through cadence meetings and various communication channels (Slack, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
