The role

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver a seamless experience to every guest. You'll be the first point of contact, helping customers with bookings, queries, and support while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional experiences.

What you'll do
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve customer experience

What you bring
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
- Robust problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations
- Familiarity with basic CRM or customer support tools

Bonus points
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, or tourism
- Comfortable handling high volumes of customer interactions
