Role Description
The Operations P&L; role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing profit and loss performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across solar projects and service offerings.



The individual will track key operational and financial metrics, coordinate with sales and project teams, and implement process improvements to optimize resource utilization and margins. Daily tasks include monitoring project delivery timelines, managing vendor and partner relationships, reviewing budgets and forecasts, and preparing performance reports for leadership. The role also involves supporting strategic decisions related to pricing, capacity planning, and customer service to drive sustainable growth.
