Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, cost negotiations, MRP investigations and data analytics.

Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines, with a focus on supply chain management.
- Experience with sheets/spreadsheet software, SQL, and scripting.
- Experience in forecasting/planning/supply chain and implementing process improvements.
- Experience interacting with technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for automation and process improvements.
