The proposed internship program aims to support critical business process improvement projects while building a scalable digital ecosystem within the organization.

The selected interns will be assigned to support the development and implementation of the following initiatives:
1. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Portal

Objective:

- Supplier performance monitoring
- Vendor documentation management
- Supplier communication and approval workflows
- Supplier scorecard and analytics

2. SPC Monitoring and Cp/Cpk Dashboard
Platform: Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint
Objective:
- Real-time process parameter monitoring
- Automated SPC chart generation
- Cp/Cpk calculation dashboards
- Quality alerts and escalation workflows
- Historical trend analysis and reporting

3. Project Management System

Objective:
- Project planning and tracking
- Milestone monitoring
- Responsibility assignment

4. ESG Management Portal
