We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Utility Manager/Head to lead the plant's maintenance and utility operations, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, uninterrupted utility availability, and safe, productive plant operations. The role will be responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, utility management, shutdown planning, cost optimization, and statutory compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility maintenance activities for the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs to maximize plant uptime.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of utilities such as Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, DG Sets, Water Treatment Systems, and HVAC.




- Plan and execute annual shutdowns and major maintenance activities with minimal production loss.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs including equipment availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, AMCs, and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and EHS regulations.
- Drive reliability improvement, energy conservation, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Projects, Purchase, EHS, and Quality teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance and utility team.
