Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR activities while supporting organizational growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition





· Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.

· Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.

· Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.

· Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

HR Operations

· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

· Manage attendance, leave records, and shift coordination.

· Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.

· Prepare HR reports and MIS.

· Maintain employee files and digital records.

Statutory Compliance

· Coordinate PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

· Maintain statutory registers and HR compliance documentation.

· Support labour law compliance activities.

Employee Relations

· Handle employee grievances professionally.

· Conduct employee engagement activities.

· Organize induction and orient
