Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Lead Lending Technology Transformation to drive the modernization of our lending technology stack and business processes. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives across the loan lifecycle — from origination and underwriting to disbursement, servicing, and collections. The ideal candidate combines solid domain knowledge of lending/NBFC operations with hands-on experience in technology transformation, LOS/LMS platforms, and process reengineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation Strategy & Roadmap

-Own and drive the technology transformation roadmap for lending products (personal loans, business loans, LAP, gold loans, etc., as applicable)
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process simplification across the credit lifecycle
- Partner with business, credit, risk, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions

Platform & Systems Modernization





-Lead implementation/upgrade of Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and Core Lending platforms

-Oversee API-led architecture and system integrations with fintech/BC partners for co-lending or partnership models

Process Reengineering & Automation
- Map current-state processes (TAT, manual touchpoints, drop-offs) and redesign for efficiency and improved customer experience
- Drive RPA, workflow automation, and rule-engine-based decisioning to reduce manual intervention
- Implement STP (Straight Through Processing) initiatives to improve turnaround time and reduce cost per loan

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, fintech partners, and implementation partners
- Coordinate with internal IT, credit, risk, compliance, and operations teams for seamless execution

Program & Delivery Management
- Manage transformation projects end-to-end: requirement gather
